[Resolved] AT&T service was degraded for 86 minutes between 03:44 and 05:17 Pacific Time on 02/03/2024. During this period of time customers might have experienced failures to AT&T network, resulting in MFA SMS and other texts not being delivered.

Description

Customers on the US clusters may experience intermittent system unavailability during a planned downtime event. Changes include: - RapidIdentity Cloud monthly maintenance updates - Cloud infrastructure updates, including security patches - Networking and reliability updates
