Starting at 11am CT, our infrastructure provider Azure has begun reporting DNS issues that may impact availability of PhishID, both the portal and the extension. They are actively investigating the underlying issue and mitigation actions.

Our underlying cloud provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), has identified an issue with their infrastructure and they are working to fix it. This may affect some components of individual customer tenants. We will have more information as we receive it.
