[Investigating] SMS text messages to Verizon Wireless customers may be rejected by the carrier. Other carriers do not appear to be affected. We are investigating and will update when we have more information.

[Investigating] The Analytics Insights Cube has failed to build. We are working with our vendor to investigate and resolve. This will not affect metrics collection but, the dashboard data is not current.

[Investigating] The Analytics Insights Cube is experiencing intermittent build failures. Insights dashboards are current as of 8/24/2023 however several dashboards are slow or unable to load. We are working with our vendor to resolve. This will not affect metrics collection.

[Investigating] The Analytics Insights Cube has been updated and is current as of 9/11/2023 however, some customers may experience slow dashboard load times or intermittent dashboard errors. We are continuing to monitor the issues and make adjustments as necessary.
