[Investigating] A third party service that Rapididentity Cloud relies on to deploy and update resources into Rapididentity Cloud environments is experiencing an error. We are working with the service provider to identify the nature of the error. Existing resources are not effected, but new resource requests, including deploying new Identity Bridges are effected by this error. This was identified by Identity Automation at 10:00 AM Central Time.

[Investigating] Some portal functionality (Connect jobs, etc.) could have been intermittently failing due to a configuration issue with our cloud service provider. Users may have seen "TLS Encryption Errors" or "S3 Token Expiration" messages.

[Resolved] Some internal infrastructure certificates were expired, but had not automatically renewed. These stale certificates were manually removed. This allowed them to be automatically recreated. ** No unencrypted traffic was sent due to these errors. **
